Suplementos: Comiendo y Creciendo

Actividades Adicionales

Tome el almuerzo con toda la clase en conjunto. Los estudiantes deberán identificar las comidas más importantes y explicar porqué los son.
Haga una "Ensalada de Amistad" con frutas. Cada estudiante debe traer un pedazo de fruta. Preparen la ensalada todos juntos y disfrútenla.
Prepare golosinas sanas.
Use cartones de huevos para hacer y decorar "orugas".
Use fotografías de revistas o dibujos hechos por los estudiantes para armar un plato de comida saludable, pegando las imágenes en un plato de papel; haga la misma actividad pegando las imágenes en una bolsa para llevar el almuerzo.

Términos Importantes
(para comprensión, no examen)

Dieta: lo que una persona o animal come y bebe.
Dermatoesqueleto: la capa dura que tienen los insectos al exterior de su cuerpo.
Hipótesis (plural: hipóteses): una posible explicación de una pregunta, la cual se puede comprobar por medio de experimentos,
Mudar: el acto de salir del dermatoesqueleto cuando el insecto ha crecido al limite del mismo.
Observar: mirar cuidadosamente a algo, notando su apariencia, su comportamiento y sus transformaciones.
Predecir: adivinar lo que pueda pasar en el futuro.
